CYBERPUNK
Neon megacities, HypRGates, and a shadow government called GATHR that lies about everything. Hack feeds, race HuvR cars, and pull secrets out of blacksites before the headlines bury them.

Every city has a cafe nobody talks about. Inside, a Quest Giver is waiting with a KEY. Behind the door - five worlds, one job, and a way back home richer, louder, and harder to ignore than you left.
Six beats. Every Episode runs the loop. Every loop changes what you walk back into the cafe with.
It moves. Follow the steam, the hum, the one sign that is never on the map.
Sit down. Order something. Listen. They already know which world you need.
One KEY, one door, one Episode. It burns out when the job is done.
CyberPunk. SpacePunk. ZOM. Village. Gangster. The door picks the rules.
Steal it, save them, hold the roof, win the trial. Fail and the KEY still burns.
Rich. Famous. Feared. Owed a favor. Walk back into the cafe and watch the room turn.
Each KEY opens one of five genre worlds. Same character, same crew, same BATTERY - a completely different set of rules every time.
One character carries across all five. Your Driftz, your BATTERY, your reputation walk through every door with you.
Nobody built it. It was simply there one morning, between a noodle stand and a shuttered pawn shop in Kapsule City - and the next week it was in a frozen village square, and the week after that on a space dock that smelled like fuel and fish. Same chairs. Same cracked espresso machine. Same door at the back that does not match the building.
The Driftz found it first. Then the smugglers, the hackers, the knights, the hustlers. Now every faction in the RiftVerse has a stool they think of as theirs.
They are never the same person twice. A GATHR defector with a bag of stolen data. A village priest who has seen too much. A gangster's widow with a ledger. A ZOM survivor who will not say what is on the 40th floor. Each has a problem. Each has a KEY.
They do not pay you up front. They tell you what is behind the door, what they need brought back, and what happens if you do not.
A Quest KEY is a one-use pass into one world for one Episode. It opens the back door, drops you where the trouble is, and burns out the moment the goal is done - or the moment you fail it. Either way, you wake up back on your stool.
Succeed and the cafe fills up with people who want to buy you a drink, hire you, or stop you. Fail and you owe someone. The next KEY costs more. Or less, if the right Driftz vouch for you.
Every month a new Quest Giver sits down, a new KEY hits the table, and a new door opens. Episodes are full playable missions - not patches. Own the game once and every Episode is yours.
The cafe opens. A Quest Giver with no face hands you a KEY stamped GATHR. The door leads to Kapsule City - and someone there already knows your name.

Driftz are the fifty-plus lifestyle factions that make up the real population of the RiftVerse. Pick one. It is how the cafe sees you - which Quest Givers trust you, which doors open first, and who buys the round when you get back.
